The Volunteers and Their Stories

The work of the volunteers who came to the mission “Saint Michael the Archangel” to contribute to its realization has been invaluable and effective. In fact, from Italy, in addition to financial contributions, specialized people have arrived who have carried out their mission with great determination and effort.

Even today, many people ask us to visit the mission to offer their contribution. It should be noted that the proper functioning of the mission is the result of an orderly and programmed organization, in the mission 600 children rotate daily in a perfect interlocking of times and activities and for everyone, as in a large family, there is space for listening, a loving gesture, time to play.

Therefore, each visit to the mission must be scheduled in advance and followed by people who know the Brazilian reality and the organization of the mission itself. We have had the availability of one of our volunteers, who has been following and visiting the mission for years, to accompany groups of people who want to experience firsthand the reality of the mission, therefore those interested can contact us and learn in detail the modalities of such an operation.
